This necklace combines a sterling silver chain with blue pearl and hematite stones set onto the chain. This necklace is a nice, long 24 inches and closes with a large, sterling silver lobster claw clasp. The earrings utilize Hill Tribe silver clasping ear wires. This beautiful stone goes by several names, blue pearl, Norwegian moonstone or larvikite. It has a mystic lore that sources say carries a mysterious, magical energy which stimulates inner visions and enhances psychic abilities. It is said to allow one to see the past, including past lives, and to travel psychically through the dimensions. Its strong connection with Earth energies is a boon to those wishing to connect with nature spirits. It is said to enhance youthfulness & vitality. In this necklace, I have combined blue pearl and hematite stones into a necklace that is a long length of 24 inches. The stones are set on a sterling silver chain. The pendant stone is a chunky 1 1/2 inches square and hangs from a simple sterling silver bail. The pendant length is 2 inches long. This is a nice necklace to go over sweaters or turtlenecks. The stones are so beautiful that the camera simply cannot pick up the flash contained in the stone. They are marbled black/gray/blue with sparks of gray-blue that flash in the light. The clasp is a large sterling silver lobster claw clasp for easy grasping and easy closure. There are small blue pearl round stones on either side of the clasp. The earrings are just as special as the necklace, so I put them on Hill Tribe silver clasping ear wires. The blue pearl stones are rectangular and are finished off with a small sterling silver sphere. The length on the earrings is 1 3/4 inches. This is a Jane Ann design for 2 Girls Bling.
