A large carnelian heart hanging from a turquoise nugget is the centerpiece of this beautiful southwestern design necklace. The main body of the necklace is composed of red aventurine ovals, turquoise nuggets and red aventurine cubes. In between each stone is a small, solid sterling silver nugget.
