Norwegian blue moonstone (Blue Pearl), is sterling silver wire linked to make this 18 inch long necklace. The closure is a large, sterling silver, lobster claw clasp. The earrings feature blue pearl stones and sterling silver leverbacks. 2 Girls Bling design by Jane Ann was donated to the North Platte Realtors auction for United Way.

Let me apologize before I say anything else about this quietly elegant necklace and earrings set. I am not capable of taking a picture that captures the beauty of these stones. Some of the smaller stones show up far better in the picture than the large circular pendant. This necklace is 18 inches long and closes with a large Sterling Silver lobster claw clasp. The necklace is wire linked and wrapped with sterling silver wire and it has a wonderful drapability. There are five diamond cut sterling silver beads on this necklace and one on each of the earrings. The pendant has a drop of 1-7/8 inches and the large stone is 1-1/4 inches in diameter. One diamond cut bead hangs off the large center stone. The earrings are set on sterling silver leverback and have a simple small rectangular stone and a diamond cut sterling silver bead. These stones are extremely unusual and difficult to find so that is why I am offering them as a set rather than individually. I have heard them called by the name of blue pearl, Norwegian blue moonstone and larvikite. Call it what you like as long as you call it absolutely gorgeous !
